Biomedical Engineering
We would like students to help us with creating a product to increase mobility options for people with severe paralysis. The device is intended to be an add-on to the existing mobility solution. Ultimately students will be working in groups to design a device to help people with severe disabilities/paralysis to be able to move better or have a further range of motion . Their design can either complement the existing technology available to allow further range motion or in more advanced technology. Students also have the freedom to design a device that is independently used and not added on.

We would like you to review and document our current sales process, define a strategy, and generate new lead generation. Based on your research and industry best practices, you should develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated. Documenting our current sales process by interviewing Sales Representatives. Researching competitors’ sales processes and inbound lead strategies. Developing recommended changes for our sales process and strategy. Providing sales scripts for emails and sales calls. Creating a process handbook for our Sales team.

Due to the nature of our work, we have had challenges hiring top-quality talent. We would like to develop a system to effectively build our workforce. Working with students, we want to overhaul our hiring practices and implement structures best practices. Students should be prepared to: Evaluate our current recruitment and selection procedures.
