Marketing Communication Strategy Plan

The marketing strategy we are using to market our services can be more effective. We provide leadership consulting services to the people at the management level of companies, focusing on mental health in the workplace. The challenge is that our target demographic, who are employees at the management level of a company, are not interested in paying for our services. We find that it is the employer (company) that should pay for our services to allow their management team to foster ethical leadership, motivate employees and create a psychologically safe workplace within their company. We are currently marketing our services to individuals in the management level of companies. In this project, we would like students to analyze our marketing/messaging strategy and provide strategic recommendations on how we can effectively target the employers (company), rather than the employees, as companies are the ones who have purchasing power to provide our services to their management teams. For this project, students will need to: Understand our brand and mission. Conducting an audit of our current marketing presence and an assess the effectiveness of our messaging strategy Defining the theme(s) and message(s) to be communicated and the most effective execution strategy. Developing strategies for improving our brand presence by recommending programs, tools, methods of engagement, social channels, or communication pieces. Developing strategies for increasing engagement on our various public accounts, blogs, or other marketing assets. Identifying best practices to reach the target audience.
