I fully endorse the Stormwater Compliance Course Development project completed by Environmental Consulting Services (ECS) under the leadership of Mehdiye Muhammedi. The project delivered a comprehensive, standards-aligned training curriculum that meets EPA, CDPHE, MS4, and Registered Apprenticeship (RAP) requirements. Both the Stormwater 101 and Stormwater 201 modules are clear, practical, and instructionally sound—designed for real-world application by inspectors, contractors, and compliance professionals. The inclusion of Colorado-specific case studies and enforcement protocols makes the content highly relevant and impactful. This curriculum is immediately ready for deployment in workforce development programs, apprenticeship pipelines, or public agency trainings. I commend ECS for the clarity, professionalism, and regulatory alignment of this work.
