This project will provide hands-on experience in aligning HR processes with organizational needs and ensuring effective talent acquisition and onboarding. Key Deliverables: Recruitment Plan : Develop and implement a recruitment strategy, including job descriptions, outreach methods, and candidate selection criteria. Performance Management Criteria : Create evaluation metrics for assessing the performance of the Executive Director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Onboarding Program : Design and evaluate an employee orientation and training program tailored to the Executive Director’s role, ensuring they are well-prepared for their responsibilities. Communication Strategy : Present and evaluate communication processes related to the recruitment and onboarding efforts, ensuring clarity and engagement with stakeholders.
