This 46-hour, fully subsidized, project-based experience connects Denver-based employers with learners from the Colorado Community College System. Each project runs for four weeks , starting end of April and ending by July, 2025 . You'll be matched with up to five learners, each contributing 46 hours—totalling up to 230 hours of support. Learners receive a $900 USD payment upon successful completion, fully funded by Riipen. There is no cost to employers. Submit your project for review by the Impact Projects team.
