This experience focuses on equipping learners with practical skills in project management specifically tailored for Information Systems projects. Learners will gain expertise in managing project risks, handling project portfolios, and leading both integrated and virtual project teams. By applying project management principles and utilizing project management software, learners will be prepared to tackle real-world challenges in a structured and efficient manner. This experience allows learners to translate theoretical knowledge into actionable strategies for managing diverse and dynamic projects. Learners' capabilities include defining the product vision, setting product goals, participating in scrum events, defining user stories, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, communicating with stakeholders, and evaluating progress.

The project aims to provide undergraduate students enrolled in the Information Security, Governance, Auditing & Control course with practical exposure to conducting an Information Security Assessment or an IT Audit. Over a duration of four weeks, students will apply their classroom knowledge to assess an organization's security posture, identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, evaluate existing security controls, and recommend improvements to strengthen information security governance.
