AI-Enhanced Learning Module Development

The Blue Marble Academy is embarking on Phase 2 of its AI Powered Learning Platform initiative. The goal of this project is to develop an AI-enhanced learning module that can personalize educational content for students based on their individual learning styles and progress. The project aims to integrate AI algorithms that analyze student interactions and adapt the content accordingly, providing a more tailored and effective learning experience. This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern technology, enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes. The project will focus on creating a prototype module that can be tested and refined for future implementation. Key tasks include researching AI algorithms suitable for educational purposes, designing the module's architecture, and developing a user-friendly interface for both students and educators.

Neurodivergent Services Platform Development

The Blue Marble Academy seeks to enhance its Neurodivergent Services Program by developing a new, custom-built website. The current system, known as "Six," is outdated and lacks the functionality needed to support the program's growth and inclusivity goals. The new website will serve as a centralized platform for parents, caregivers, and staff, enabling them to manage tutoring and neurodivergent-friendly support sessions efficiently. Key features will include client booking, automated confirmations, document sharing, and staff tracking. The project emphasizes accessibility, security, and user-friendly navigation to ensure that all users can interact with the platform seamlessly. Additionally, the website will be designed with scalability in mind, aligning with Blue Beyond’s future AI integration roadmap.

Enhancing Support Systems for Neurodivergent Learners

To design and map out a scalable, neurodivergent-inclusive programming model for Blue Marble Academy, integrating tutoring services, assistive tech, and sensory-informed spaces into a flexible, student-centered pathway. Goals: Conduct research to understand the specific support needs of neurodivergent K–12 and postsecondary students. Identify gaps in current service delivery (including tutoring, onboarding, study support, and parent communication). Benchmark best practices from inclusive education models and edtech companies. Collaboratively design a list of essential, cost-effective sensory room items that align with your programming goals and physical spaces. Co-design a service delivery framework that integrates educational therapy principles, assistive technology, and flexible learning options. Propose scalable models (weekly programming, one-to-one vs. group support, OT/RBA collaboration). Build out pricing models, operational workflow, and partnership opportunities (e.g., schools, nonprofits, insurance/benefit coverage). Key Outcomes: Inclusive, evidence-informed programming model that addresses the unique needs of neurodivergent learners. Market insights into parent expectations, pricing willingness, and funding support (e.g., EAF, private health benefits). A curated list and visual design of sensory room elements with estimated costs, layout ideas, and accessibility considerations. Actionable implementation plan that can be tested and launched in 2025.

AI Learning Platform Expansion: Adding Neurodivergent Learners

Objective: To enhance the AI-powered learning platform ( BluMind.AI ) by expanding its capabilities to better support neurodivergent students through inclusive design, thorough QA testing, and user experience (UX) improvements. Goals: Integrate inclusive design principles that address the learning needs of neurodivergent users (e.g., students with ADHD, dyslexia, or autism). Conduct structured user testing with a neurodiverse focus group. Improve UX/UI based on accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and student feedback. Develop new platform features to support self-regulation, task segmentation, and custom learning pathways. Strengthen platform reliability through QA cycles (automated + manual). Generate user documentation and onboarding pathways that are simple, adaptive, and supportive of all learning styles. Key Outcomes: Identification and resolution of UX pain points specific to neurodivergent learners. Improved engagement and learning outcomes for a broader spectrum of users. Tested and validated interface components optimized for accessibility. Additional feature sets aligned with inclusive education goals.
